We deliver within selected postcodes in Greater Manchester ONLY.
Wednesdays & Fridays*: 9 am - 9 pm | Order before 3 pm on Tuesday or Thursday for NEXT DAY delivery (while availability lasts)

*Any changes to our regular delivery days will be noted on our website.
Can’t see your preferred date? We may be at max. capacity for deliveries that day! If it’s urgent, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

We will be delivering as usual until Friday 20 December, when our team will take a short break for the holidays. Last orders will close at 3 pm the day before (while slots last).
After this date, our next available delivery day will be Fri 3 January 2025.If you miss delivery before Christmas, we will be open until Christmas Eve for you to shop in-store and pick up Click + Collect orders! View our holiday hours here.

If you live outside of our delivery radius, feel free to contact us at careteam@plantshopmanchester.com to discuss the possibility of long-distance delivery. All orders are hand-delivered from Stockport - unfortunately, we do not ship our plants.

You can collect your order from our Stockport shop for FREE.
Every Monday to Sunday from Midday - 4pm! Bring your confirmation email for our team to allocate your order.

Please note we cannot take orders over the phone due to data protection.
Orders must be conducted and paid for either in-store or via our website only.
Please ensure you include a full delivery address, postcode, e-mail address and daytime phone number for the person who will be receiving the delivery.
When checking out with Apple Pay, this can automatically skip the step where you can select your preferred delivery date. Our recommended checkout method is card.

Limited slots available per week. Once maximum number of orders have been received, home delivery will be pushed to the following delivery day.
Delivery orders must be made before 3pm on Tuesday or Thursday to ensure next-day delivery. Orders submitted after this time may not be available until the following delivery day.
In the event that we’ve reached max. capacity for a particular date, you may see your preferred date is unavailable. If you have an urgent order request, please get in touch and we’ll see if we can fit your order into our delivery schedule.
Any orders for delivery outside our delivery radius are subject to being immediately refunded. We are a small team handling deliveries internally, and we do not post plants.
At checkout, you will be able to choose between multiple delivery day options. Allowing you to plan ahead for home delivery. Please read carefully that you are selecting your preferred date at checkout.
Either on the day of delivery or the afternoon before, we will email you to let you know your delivery time slot. This is an approx. estimate for when we plan to get to your address.
Unfortunately, we do not offer further delivery updates.
All delivery times slots will be between 9am - 9pm on your selected delivery day.
In the event that there is no one in to receive the delivery and no alternative delivery instructions are provided at checkout, we will try and leave your plants in a safe place or with a neighbour. We will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen plants or plants damaged by weather conditions.
In the event you miss your delivery, please contact us to get a payment link to pay for redelivery, as we cannot re-deliver for free.

Click + Collect is offered from our Stockport shop for free. Collection is available inside our opening hours only. Find out when we are open here.
All online purchases will be placed aside in our stock room on the day of delivery and packed up on your arrival at the shop.
If you will not be collecting your order within 7 days of placing the order, please let us know when you plan on collecting.
Please note that orders that remain uncollected for extended periods of time may be subject to light and/or water deficiencies.

Packaging
We try to ensure our packaging is eco-friendly. In most cases, we wrap plants in paper and use paper bags and jute string, although larger orders may be boxed up in recycled cardboard. For sustainability, we also do not add our own stickers or name cards to the plants themselves. Each plant’s name can be found on your order confirmation or in-store receipt.
Gifting
If the plant is being delivered as a gift, we can also add a gift note and gift-wrap your items.
If you forget to add a gift note or ask for gift-wrap at check-out, please let us know ASAP.
Make sure to include the telephone number for the person being gifted so we can make sure they are home when we deliver.

• We guarantee that every order delivered by Plant Shop Manchester will be of good quality, in good condition, and to the full retail value.
• As each plant has its own personality, be mindful that the plant you receive may display some natural variation in size and shape, compared to the online photo.

• Plants cannot be returned or exchanged due to their perishable nature. We also cannot risk compromising our stock with pests by accepting plants that have left the shop.
• In the unlikely event that your order items are out of stock, we will inform you by phone or email with the option for an exchange or full refund for the item. Our team will confirm when the refund has been processed, but it can take 3-5 working days to be visible on your statement.

From 23rd February 2024, our delivery charges changed - To simplify the checkout process for our customers, we introduced a flat fee for our delivery radius that would eliminate the need for separate delivery zones. Our customers no longer need to work out their correct zone at checkout, and can now view available delivery dates more easily. With this change, we’re unfortunately no longer delivering to SK10 addresses.
