This is a classic - the rubber plant, traditionally known as the ‘Indian Rubber Tree’, is an easy to care for houseplant with a lovely retro appearance. It has attractive, dense, glossy foliage, and grows tall and compact, making it a perfect addition for smaller spaces.
🌞 A spot with some morning sun and then bright, indirect light for the rest of the day is ideal, although this plant is also lower-light tolerant.
💧 Keep in well draining soil, and allow the top few inches of the soil to dry out thoroughly between waterings. This plant is fairly drought tolerant - so be careful not to overwater, as its leaves will begin to droop and drop!
